Video surveillance for under-age GAA games

 

A video cam is the latest addition to the disciplinary armoury of Meath Co Board it emerged at Monday’s night monthly meeting in Dunganny.

In conjunction with Coiste na nÓg, a new-style video monitoring system for disciplinary purposes at under-age games is now in operation

Co Board secretary Francis Flynn is the sole authorised user of a dedicated secure website to which all videos may be uploaded.
Cosite na nÓg official Ciaran Flynn outlined the mechanics of the monitoring system, which it is understood is similar to a body-cam.
