You can now pay your membership online. In 2017 we linked up with Clubforce (formerly My Club Finance ) to facilitate the collection of lotto and membership online. This facility will make it easier for members to pay their membership to the club, in a one of transaction or spread over three payment installments.
How to pay:

When you click on the option you can select your appropriate membership rate from the list presented, change the quantity to 1 or more and then click on the add to cart option further down.
On the next screen select either
Existing Users: if you have previously set up and account
New Users: if you do not have an account
*If you bought tickets for the All Ireland Draw online, or have purchased Disco tickets you may already have an account, also you may have an account if you have a child playing hurling with N.O.M as they use the same system.
Fill in your name and address details for all the members you are registering
*This will be a one off procedure, next year when paying your membership you won’t need to re enter the details of the people you are paying membership, unless there are more / less on say a family membership
Remember your username and password.
You will need to set up your details, Name Address, Tel, Email etc.
Now that you have registered an account, select your appropriate membership rate
Once payment has been made you will receive an email confirming payment. After payment your details will be uploaded to the servasports system and your official GAA membership will be updated

For security reasons this option is not available on your mobile version of Facebook and can only be accessed via Facebook login on desktop.
There is an app for that!
There is also an app that you can download for your smart phone/tablet.
In the Play Store (Android) search for My Club Finance and download and install the app
In iTunes (Apple) search for My Club Finance and download and install the app
Once the app is installed you can login in with your username and password
Then select your club (Walterstown)
On the app you can also pay membership/play lotto/receive news updates/check your account history.

Important note from the GAA
When you pay your membership you are then registered with the GAA.
When you are registered you are therefore insured
All players, coaches and referees must be registered.
Membership and claims validation
Please note that the GAA membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. Playing Members should not be permitted to participate in training or fixtures until they have been registered for the 2020 playing year. If a claim is notified to Willis Towers Watson (Willis Towers Watson handle all GAA Injury Insurance Claims) and the claimant is not in the membership system at the date of his claim or is registered after the injury date, the claim will be declined and no appeals will be considered. There is a significant number of claims been reported for unregistered members which will not be tolerated going forward as the GAA Injury Benefit Fund is in place to benefit registered members only.
The cost of crutiate knee surgery is €4,500 to €5,000 (excluding physio, excess charges, consultant visits, scans and doctor’s appointments). Can you afford not to be insured?
