Walterstown V Trim Sunday 28th Feb
The Minors made it two wins from 2 on Sunday afternoon with a 3 point win over Trim. On a lovely afternoon Trim had the better of the first half and went in at half time 4 points to the better. The half time team talk must have been a good one, as within 5 minutes of the restart Walterstown had drawn level. They continued to dominate the second half and had stretched their lead to six points with 5 minutes to go. A goal in the last 5 minutes brought Trim back into play, but they were unable to find a second and the lads held on to win.
