Meath Senior Football Championship winners on five occasions and two time Leinster Senior Club Football Championship winners, Walterstown GFC has a proud tradition and a bright future. We provide Gaelic Football for the people in our communities of Johnstown and Walterstown from U5 level up to adult level, no matter what your ability. The club boosts top class facilities including three astro turf pitches (available for commercial hire also), two full sized playing pitches and a juvenile pitch. We also have a top spec gym, a club bar and a function room. A warm Walterstown welcome awaits you!

Minors lose out to Skryne in MFL round 2 clash
A local derby and a clash of the teams who both won their opening round encounters in Division 2A of the LMFM Minor Football League. It was the men in blue and white that came out on top, thanks in no small part to a lead of seven points at half time and it was a victory that Sean O’Regan’s team deserved. read more…

Chase the Tail
Fun warm up activity. Put a bib in back of shorts (tail) Use good movements patterns to protect your tail and steal other tails. Lose your tail, rejoin game by taking a spare bib from the hoop in the middle. If you steal 2 bibs get 1 point and put bibs in the hoop
