The allocation of pitches for all training and matches is coordinated by Brian Farrell info@walterstown.com Tel: 086 8225709
Bookings can be made 2 weeks in advance (max).
The Main Pitch is available for match fixtures only (League/Championship/
Challenges Matches and Blitz) – Please Note: No training should take place
on the Main Pitch without the permission of the Club.
Official County Board fixtures will take precedence over Challenge Matches.
The following priority for pitch allocation is used when fixtures are allocated
the same date/time slot
1. Adult (Intermediate)
2. Adult (Junior)
3. Minor
4. Juvenile (Boys & Girls)
5. Non-competitive teams
All drills, training and intensive warm ups that may cause damage to the
playing surface of a pitch must be carried out on identified locations.
Conditioned games should be played across the pitch where possible. This
will protect the goal-mouths, which are the most susceptible areas to
damage.
All pitch and training area bookings will be advertised via the Clubs website
