U12 Division 6 Final St Colmcilles V Walterstown
St Colmcilles got off to a better start in the Division 6 final, registering two points before Katie McCarn registered Walterstown’s first score. Cilles would go on to double their points before the end of the first quarter. Points from Katie McCarn and Caitlin Fahy , and good save from the Cilles keeper saw Walterstown go into the half time brake trailing by 3 points

In the third quarter Ella Farrelly register another point for the blacks as the momentum was slowly starting to turn to Walterstown. Finally the first goal, that girl again Katie again saw Walterstown take the lead for the first time in the match. But it didn’t last t0o long as Cilles struck back with two more points to take a 0:08 to 1:04 lead going into the final quarter. In the final quarter Cilles started strong again adding three more points to extend their lead to four points. Walterstown added two more points through Zoe Harte and Katie McCarn before the latter finished a fine display by bagging two more goals, to make it three on the night, to seal the victory for Walterstown.
