The u14 Boys were earlier this year invited to a blitz in Cambridge.
So in early September (9th & 10th) they are travelling to London and then Cambridge to take on Cambridge Parnell’s G.F.C and two other clubs from London in a blitz.
Over 20 lads are making the trip , and almost as many parents. As usual these kind of trips cost a few bob, buses, flights and accommodation, and in order to keep costs down there will be two fundraising events on behalf of the team.
Firstly on the August bank holiday weekend there will be a bag pack in SUPERVALU ,Johnstown on the Friday and Saturday.
The second event will be a Table Quiz on Saturday 12th August in Walterstown, tickets are €10 per person, €40 per Team, and are available form any of the U14 players and Mentors.
