After a Win and a Draw to Rathkenny this season the U16 girls unfortunately lost their Shield Final Replay in Rathcarin on Saturday Afternoon
An Eimear Tobin goal in the first half had Waterstown trailing by a point at half time , and a goal early in the second half from Marie McCarthy had Walterstown in the lead. Although it did not last to long as Rathkenny pilled on the pressure and scored 3 points and two goals to take control of the tie.
