The 2024 Walterstown GFC AGM will take place in the clubhouse on Thursday, November 28 at 8pm. All full adult member of the club are cordially invited to attend.
Please find below a nomination form and a motions form. If you wish to nominate someone for a position or to sit on the club’s Executive Committee for 2025 or submit a motion for consideration at the AGM, please download, complete and return the form to club secretary Alicia Reynolds at secretary.walterstown.meath@gaa.ie, or by post to Alicia Reynolds, Gillstown, Garlow Cross, Navan, Co Meath by 5pm on Thursday, November 14. All 2024 full adult members will also have received the nomination and motion forms via email also.
Please note that any individual seeking an officer’s position or to sit on the Walterstown GFC Executive Committee for 2025 is required to be nominated by two full members of the club (which may include the nominee). The exception to this are the Children’s Officer, the Officer for Irish Language and Culture and the Players’ Representative, who shall be appointed at the AGM on the recommendation of the outgoing executive committee.
Can members please note that if you wish to nominate any person for a position, you must ensure that you have the consent of that person prior to returning the completed nomination form.
