The club would like to offer our deepest sympathies to the McMahon family on the recent passing of Olive. Condolences to her husband Eric, brothers Pat, Gerry, Thomas and Michael, sisters Anne, Tina, Mary, Sheila, Bernadette, Deirdre and Louise and all of her family.
Olive was a fabulous rounders player during her time in Lismullen National School, while her grandfather Tom and her brother Pat are former club chairmen. Indeed the McMahon family has, and still is, a family synonymous with our club and we are thinking of them all at this difficult time.
Olive will leave her family home on Thursday morning at 9:30am to arrive at the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Johnstown for Funeral Mass at 10am, which can be viewed on here. Burial afterward in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Navan.
