Our Walterstown GFC’s U8’s will line out in Croke Park in their famous black jerseys against Straffan – Kildare tomorrow (Wednesday 4th April). Throw in is at 10.00am so it will be an early start for the young Walterstown players.
A bus has been booked for 8:00am at the club house and will depart at 8.15am Sharp to arrive at the stadium on time. The bus will transport all players and mentors on the day. All parents, family members and friends are welcome to come along to Croke Park to cheer them on. For anyone travelling to Croke Park, parking is very limited but is available at designated areas around Croke Park including the Davin Stand car park.
Parking Details
Entrance to the Davin Stand Car Park is off the North Circular Road down St. Margarets Ave. This car park will be available to all cars i.e parents, family and friends and also any of the players that are travelling by individual cars. (Please see map provided). Spaces are limited so we would advise to arrive as early as possible.
Our players will be entering via the Cusack Stand and will proceed to the dressing rooms beneath the Cusack stand. Our two matches are on Pitch 4 & 6 which are both on the Hogan Stand side.

After the match we will be stopping at Supermacs (M3 Motorway) for a well deserved lunch for our fantastic players. After lunch the bus will then proceed back to the clubhouse for drop off and collection.
