The club AGM 2021 will take place on Tuesday, November 30 at 8pm in the clubhouse. All full members are cordially invited to attend this meeting.
The nomination form for the election of officers/executive committee for 2022 is available below. Once you complete the form and select submit, it will automatically be emailed to our club secretary Andy Hennelly. Please note that if you wish to simply nominate an individual for one position, just fill in your name, email address and the relevant position. Leave all other fields blank and then select submit.
Full members are also invited to propose motions for consideration at the AGM, in accordance with the club constitution. Please also see the motions form below, which will also be emailed to our club secretary upon completion.
Please note that any individual seeking an officer’s position or to sit on the Walterstown GFC Executive Committee for 2022 is required to be nominated by two full members of the club (which may include the nominee). The exception to this are the Children’s Officer, the Officer for Irish Language and Culture and the Players’ Representative, who shall be appointed at the AGM on the recommendation of the outgoing executive committee.
The nomination form, as well as motions, must be completed on or before the close of business on Friday, November 26, 2021. The below forms will not accept responses after 6pm on Friday, November 26.
Can members please note that if you wish to nominate any person for a position, you must ensure that you have the consent of that person prior to returning the completed nomination form to the club secretary. Also, please put the name of the person being nominated ﬁrst, followed by the names of the proposer and the seconder.
